Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their material requests. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, pricing, and product listings.

Fitting facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. Unless otherwise agreed, the resulting transactions, agreements, and deliveries take place directly between the buyer and supplier.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on this website, including our logo, design, and text, is the property of Fitting and may not be used without permission.

Fitting is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and suppliers. Our platform is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
